This is the most emailed article today on the new york times.

Quoted: Frank Bruni averts his eyes and samples the steaks at Robert’s, the restaurant in the Penthouse Executive Club, a strip joint on the far West Side.

There are 171(!!) Starbucks in Manhattan. Comedian/Filmmaker Mark Malkoff attempts to to visit, purchase, and consume something from every single one of these Starbucks in a 24 hour period... Or a Starbucks every 8.42 minutes (including transportation). Probably the best part of this video is his increasing zaniness as espresso after espresso is consumed through the day :)

Great article on rooftop bars in NYC. I also really like the Hotel Metro bar (only open weekdays) and The Delancey. There are so many more of these in NYC than I even realized! Time to start exploring :)

Quoted: With the opening of the bar, 230 Fifth, on May 4, Manhattan's rooftop bar season unofficially kicked off.

Went to this teahouse in the East Village... beautiful ambience, great tea, and really amazing snacks. Would love to try out their green tea cocktail and check out one of the tea ceremonies.

I am so proud to become a part of everything that Avni and Sachin have done throughout their lives! They have done more in over two decades than most people will do in a few lifetimes.

We love you!

Another great rooftop bar in NYC. This one's in Koreatown and is small, down to earth, a little more hidden/quiet, and pretty chill/ affordable. Also has a great view of the Empire State Building!

Quoted: Despite the hustle and bustle of its location (smack dab in the middle of Koreatown), Me'Bar doesn't see a lot of foot traffic. Hidden on the 14th floor of La Quinta, this tourist-friendly spot is no-frills--its tiny indoor space has mirrored walls and linoleum floors, while a mid-size outdoor area offers umbrella tables encircled by a white picket fence. Big city glamour comes from the nearby Empire State building, towering overhead.
