sounds like a pretty easy and delicious recipe for dessert

Quoted: These individual-sized chocolate cakes puff up during baking to form a light sponge top. Deeper down, sponge gives way to moist, steamed pudding and, at the very bottom layer, a pool of dark fudge sauce.

lots of good ideas here.

Quoted: For cooks, most Thanksgiving problems are brought about by the number of dishes competing for the stove. The best solution is to make food in advance.

Must make stew...

Quoted: This is a marvelous autumn potluck dinner. Everyone will be very impressed with this thick beef stew made and served in a pumpkin shell! Use a 10 to 12 pound pumpkin; be sure not to overbake!

Yay, it's that time of year again ... pumpkin season, the happiest season of all!

Quoted: No need to roast fresh pumpkin for this dish (although you certainly could); using canned unseasoned pumpkin puree is much quicker, and it works just fine. Like most lasagnes, this one is easier to cut if left to set for ten minutes or so before serving.

Quoted: This is another favorite - I cook up lots of broccoli, then puree half of it into a pesto. The other half is cut into little florets. Toss the broccoli with some quinoa, sliced avocado and a drizzle of feisty chile pepper oil, and you've got a nice meal on your hands.

My very first meatloaf...

Quoted: I like a lot of things about America … jazz, democracy, barbecues, amber waves of grain, you name it. But today, I’m feeling extra American because I made my very first meatloaf.
