The Apple Topic Page is focused towards those with an interest in Apple laptops, Apple computers, the Apple Ipod, and numerous other Apple products. Steve Jobs, who is CEO of Apple, remains the face behind the Apple Itouch, Apple Mac Laptops, and the Apple Air Notebook. Steve Jobs' biography speaks nothing of minimizing goals (as opposed to his approach to Apple Ipods, the Apple Ipod Nano proving that smaller can sometimes be ideal). The Apple Store features numerous devices and occasionally used Apple computers.

Well said...

Quoted: The process of making new things simple to win a market is a story that Apple understands extremely well, given their overwhelming focus on the user experience. There’s nothing really very simple or very “less is more”, about the iPhone, for example. Yet it gloriously made a bunch of clunky stuff simple and a lot of hard stuff possible.

Nevermind. Seems like launch day is still Friday.

Quoted: Introducing iPhone 3G. With fast 3G wireless technology, GPS, support for Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, and the new App Store, iPhone 3G puts even more amazing features in your hands. And just like the original iPhone, it combines three products in one —a revolutionary phone, a widescreen iPod, and a breakthrough Internet device

App Store launch is this week probably.

Quoted: The store will almost certainly launch by Friday when the 3G iPhone is released, but some app developers say the App Store will likely launch a few days before that.

I predict a mini-bubble in location-aware apps ignited by the iPhone. Too many people clamoring for this one obvious application. I also predict that there will be many other niche applications the iPhone will enable that people aren't even aware of yet.

Quoted: Makers of location applications aren't rushing to produce software for the device. Here's why.

For all you Mac cult members...

Quoted: Furthermore, beyond the OS itself, I hate the cult of personality that surrounds Steve Jobs. I like the soon-to-be-retired Bill Gates way more than Steve Jobs, because the guy cares about more than just making enough money to build a castle for himself out of stacks of $100 bills (not that Bill can't do that).
