This is ridiculous.

Quoted: CNN Rick Sanchez while discussing Rashid Khalidi with McCain Spokesman Mike Goldfarb "SHUTS HIM DOWN"

This is what happens when bullshit is called on a whisper campaign theme.

Great Sunday morning show on CNN at 10am Pacific. I especially enjoy the second half where international analysts give the global perspective on issues that I otherwise only hear covered from the U.S. perspective.

Quoted: Fareed Zakaria GPS is an hour-long program that takes a comprehensive look at foreign affairs and the policies shaping our world. Every week we bring you an in-depth interview with a world leader, as well as a panel of international analysts who examine the major global developments of the week.

Good point

Quoted: From my perspective, watching alone from a hotel in Florida, I found it refreshing to have a political candidate who finally talks to us as mature adults and also appeals to what Lincoln called “the better angels of our nature.”
...
We have become so accustomed to political “leaders” who treat us like children, spoon feeding us with platitudes and playing upon our prejudices, that we forget what it is like to have a serious conversation about our challenges as a people.

'Free text virgin to virgin'? No wonder "fill in your friend's name here" is always getting text messages from Australia!

Sicko was eye opening, and I am happy I saw it. At the same time, I do appreciate that CNN is fact checking and then asking questions when they find something contradictory to what's presented in Sicko.

Quoted: "It's ironic that someone who has made a career out of holding powerful interests accountable is so sensitive to having his own work held up to the light by impartial journalists, as we did in our examination of 'SiCKO,' " the spokesperson said.

In her Larry King interview, Paris flatly denied she has ever used drugs (other than her ADD medication, Adderall). This web page puts the lie to that claim with seven (!) different video clips of Paris talking about smoking pot, ingesting mushrooms, trying to buy Quaaludes, etc.

It's not like she has any reputation to protect - but her outright lying on national television is pretty brazen. Larry King is a DOPE for being DUPED and not calling her on it.

BTW: Why is an adult still being treated for ADD with Adderall? I'm betting she likes the fact that it helps her control her appetite.

Quoted:KING: Have you ever been addicted to drugs?
HILTON: No.
KING: Taken drugs.
HILTON: No.
KING: Never taken drugs?
HILTON: No.
