I found this while searching for "vietnamese cream puffs". I love the cream puffs from Than Brothers Pho, and wanted to know how hard it is to make them. Now that I've thoroughly convinced myself that there are too many steps, hence too many chances for me to mess up, I will gladly pay $1.50 for three cream puffs when I get Pho tomorrow.
