気分障害の「双極Ⅱ型障害｣について警鐘を鳴らす記事･･･なんだけど、何で今、このタイミングなんだろ?

奏功する薬が全然違うので確かに鬱病との鑑別診断は大切だけど、いわゆるうつ病の生涯有病率が10％前後なのに比べて双極Ⅱ型は0.5％ほど。あまり神経質になる必要はないかと。
