I would say this is accurate.

Quoted: This is a guest post on capitalizing on — vs. countering — the “entrepreneur’s disease” (manic depression) through 4 cyclical stages. This is done by pairing appropriate activities to specific — though not necessarily positive — emotional states…

If you are thinking of giving yoga a try, specifically Bikram (hot yoga), check out Rain City. I've been coming here since last September, and really enjoy the experience. My favorite teacher here is Marta, who is also the founder and owner of Rain City. She's gentle, funny, patient, has an incredible memory, and very knowledgable. She also volunteers for local animal shelters.

The room is between 100 and 110 degrees (F), and you practice 26 asanas for 90 minutes. Then by the end you are stinky with dripping sweat but emotionally and physically happy :-)

Quoted: Rain City Yoga offers classes in Bikram Method yoga. Classes are for all levels.

If you’re a people pleaser, you don’t know how to say no. This post is for you.

I know a bunch of people who give in so easily that is almost pitiful. They can't stand the thought of disturbing someone with a different opinion, or putting they’re needs in to first place.

This is pretty sweet. Load up the applet and you get a kind of trippy confetti effect. Click on a mote and it gives you a sentence fragment from a recently posted blog from anywhere in the world, that contains the words 'I feel' or 'I think'.
