The Museum of Flight is launching a new web site in October. A sneak peek is available now at test.museumofflight.org.

Take a look and give me your feedback. Do you like it? Find any mistakes?

I hadn't seen Ric for some time but crossed paths with him this year as he was a donor to the Aviation Learning Center (ALC) at the Museum of Flight. Ric made the gift from his father's estate, as his father had a love of flying.

Ric and I had a very nice talk during the MoF luncheon we both attended.

Quoted: After leaving Microsoft in 1988, Mr. Weiland gave much of his wealth and time to causes ranging from the Audubon Society and Stanford University, where he earned a degree in electrical engineering, to gay rights.

Without a doubt, the weirdest homebuilt I've ever seen. Fabric-covered lifting wing designed & flown by one of the leading aerodynamicists at Northrup Grumman.
