Several new Whole Foods stores on the way -- I hope they add "Issaquah Highlands" to this list :)

Oh my goodness, I'm getting so excited just thinking going to this store. I bet seeing all sorts of British goodies will bring back some wicked memories!

Thanks for the recommendation Noreen (And Mo, since he mentioned it to me years ago!)

Don't be turned off by the name. This tastes quite authentic and makes a good side dish (or almost a full lunch), and it's cheap -- $1.99.

Quoted: Whole wheat, moong dal lentils, carrots, beans and onion cooked together with aromatic spices. Low in fat, high in fiber and it still packs an authentic and wholesome taste. Truly a dieters delight! Ready to eat in 2 minutes. Contains no artificial flavors, colors or preservatives. This is a vegan entree. The premier online Indian store, iShopIndian, creates a shopping experience with gourmet Indian grocery, music, DVDs and health products delivered right to your door.

fairly well-written article about the viability (and touching on the economics) of the new whole foods on denny.

i think it'll do well, the Williams Marketing chick is forgetting how yuppy seattle is - the market, definitely (but it closes at 6), but the corner store? no way.

redotted.
Seems like this could use some more development, but it's a great idea.
