However, there is an even easier tip to constantly remind us how to stay healthy. Though it would not completely answer and deliver to all the health issues we may have, we could apply this as a paradigm of simple measures. An equation for staying healthy could be as easy to remember as one, plus two, plus three, equals 6.

Easy/healthy dosa recipe

o 1 cup moong dal (soaked in warm water for 30 mins)
o 1 cup frozen peas (soaked in water)
o 1 onion, 4 chilies, few sprigs cilantro, etc.
o Grind them with little water to a paste and make dosas
I am a huge Trader Joe's fan -- so this site is for people like me. Anyways, the particular item (frozen Chicken Masala) is decent. It satisfies my urge for Indian food. It is reasonably spicy, cheap, and most importantly healthy. It's made with brown rice, so there's lots of fiber. Other ingredients: boneless white chicken, nonfat yogurt, tomato paste, canola oil.
