What the article basically says is that Clay Bennett and his investors are lying bastards and they fully admit they duped the city of Seattle. Minority owner Aubrey McClendon flat out states "But we didn't buy the team to keep it in Seattle. We hoped to come here (Oklahoma City)." It irritates the hell out of me that he has the audacity to be so proud of his fleece job. Ultimately, the decision on the Sonics moving after this season will come to a judge regarding their Key Arena lease and David Stern... I can't see how these bold statements saying how they fucked Seattle would put them in the good graces of the NBA or the WA state supreme court. Ugh, I'm so heated right now...
