Watched this because a friend told me it was the scariest movie she'd seen. Agree with the following review.

The script always stays several steps ahead of you and keeps you in a wonderful mixture of suspense that never fails to please. The first fifty minutes seem quite eerie, and it seems like nothing much happens, but after that, it is all thrown at you with full force. Utterly disturbing and dream-like, watching this film will relive your childhood nightmares of the bogeyman. The atmosphere is dark, creepy and intense.

So, I'm well into season two now, but here is the second episode of the first season. Highly recommended. It's up there with Twin Peaks and Heroes.

Had to watch this after seeing the remake of Omen I on Halloween. This movie, Omen II, was equally well done, in my opinion. Now, I need to see the third.

This sequel, released two years after the blockbuster success of "The Omen", is itself a stylish thriller. Featuring an excellent cast, it attempts to continue the momentum of the original. While having some shortcomings, the film, nonetheless, manages to entertain and shock. This is due in large part to its excellent cast and another chilling musical score by Jerry Goldsmith that is used to great effect.
