Quoted: The charging hose actually came a couple months ago. So now, he can park the Tesla in the garage and have it recharged by solar-generated power after only two or three hours. Even if the driver should exceed the 240-mile range (where most other hybrid electric cars have only a 40-50 mile range), the car comes with a backup battery to provide a few extra miles so it doesn’t completely leave the owner stranded.

My custom Google Map of about 30miles of connecting bike trails from Seattle(Fremont) to Bothell to Marymoore Park in Redmond to Sammamish.

I'll finish the East Lake Sammamish trail(which stretches south to Issaquah) on the map as I complete it on my bike. See my last "cycling" fave for pdf maps of the larger King County trail system.

So the producers for Cthulhu came to our house to try and use our house for "makeup". Apparently they're filming just up the street from us.

Why in Issaquah? I don't know. It's right by the Cougar Mountain Zoo too. It's supposed to be some horror flick with Tori Spelling. Sounds interesting.

Anyway, we turned them down (so did our 4 neighbors). The house is like 4 months old and we didn't want our house trashed. They ended up using a home that wasn't even built yet (which pissed off the builder).

But look out for the movie!

Quoted: Issaquah: An agreement with Issaquah, Redmond, Sammamish, and Microsoft will provide more frequent service on Metro’s existing Route 269 starting this September. Then in 2010, the Route 200 will be expanded to serve both the Issaquah Highlands and Talus neighborhoods. Metro, the city, Port Blakely Communities, Timber Ridge at Talus, and the Talus Residential Association will fund this service expansion.

Out of all the websites I've seen, this is the only website that shows the brand new neighborhood that I live in.

Neither Redfin, Zillow, Homepages, Google maps show this area so I was impressed that Windows / Virtual Earth has it so soon.

The address was kinda off... the map is centered on the Cougar Mountain Zoo, but if you drag to the right, you'll see a bunch of land with 5 houses on it. Mine's the last one on the right.

Worst.sushi.ever.

Not to mention expensive.

The tempura was aw.ful, so breaded it could have been made by KFC. The spicy tuna tasted like ass. Oh, sorry for the not so eloquent description, but it was probably the lowest grade tuna you can get.

Not ever going back again.

How do you give negative star?
