Oh, this is horrible. If I never ever see another carp in my life, it will be too soon. They are vile, vile creatures and no one should feed them ever. It's even worse that the state is encouraging this behavior.

Bodegas are like the best part of living in NY! I guess this trend isn't that surprising... I've heard Philly's really becoming a new cultural center these days as people move out of NY because they can't afford it...
