Cute but simple animated caricatures.

1 FaverShareViewed: 68 TimesQuoted: Actually, I'm not sure exactly what Wall-E is. I just know I've never seen anything like it. This is full-blown science fiction, with all of the future shock and cautionary punch the term warrants. It's also an often-wordless robot romance with the dexterity and emotional heft of Chaplin's City Lights. Take either of those elements and you have a film that boldly goes where no cartoon has gone before. Put them together and you have something dangerously close to the sublime, a film that will be dissected and enjoyed for years to come.
Just heard about this.

1 FaverShareViewed: 26 TimesQuoted: Disney has released a new WALL-E featurette on the STARZ movie channel to help promote the channel’s big Pixar premiere on April 22nd. Cars will air at 6pm, followed by Ratatouille at 8pm, followed by the premiere of Leslie Iwerks’ documentary The Pizar Story, followed by a Starz feature The Pixar Story Continues which includes scenes from Ratatouille and WALL-E. Writer/director Andrew Stanton hosts this four-minute WALL-E featurette, which features a bunch of never-before-seen footage. We get to see what has become of Earth, what has become of the other WALL-E units, and a lot of new interaction between WALL-E and EVE.
As an owner of Disney and a fan of more content for all my lovely Apple products, I think that this is good...

Ratatouille is awesome ... one of Pixar's best without a doubt.
2 FaversShareViewed: 79 TimesQuoted: So many computer-animated movies are brash, loud and popping with pop-culture comedy, but Ratatouille has the warm glow of a favorite book. The characters are more than the sum of their gigabyte-consuming parts -- they feel handcrafted.
