Wow. I'm trying this. I need to be able to wake up at six in the morning with a full night's sleep for the day of my departure. I've been consistently waking up at 10:30 for the first time in 9 months (that's early for me). tomorrow I make it 9:30.

Yeah, I always feel thrown off by Daylight Savings. Apparently, it might have something to do with sleep disorders - not surprising when you think about it.

I tried to do some meditation in the morning, and it worked for about two minutes before I fell back to sleep. I really have to do something more vigorous to wake up, like having an elephant kick me in the face.
