I'm confused about what protection Windows Defender gives you vs. Live Care. Looks like "virus" are only detected by OneCare - but "Spyware" is detected by Defender.

The OneCare team, though, states they have moved to "one engine" on their blog - so I'm not sure why they detect a different set of malware.
