Not only did they purposefully name their fledgling business Taco Gringos ("we're a couple of bumbling white guys...it's funny") but they're both alumni of Campagne. Yes, that Campagne. These guys aren't stupid; just look at the attention they're getting. Most importantly, the tacos are ridiculously good.
