モバイルコマースでは、ダイレクトに求める商品へ誘導することが重要

モバイルでのショッピングサイト中止理由を尋ねたところ、検索結果で｢欲しい商品が見つからなかった｣（46%）が最も高く、次いで、トップページで｢欲しい商品が見当たらなかった｣（45%）、検索結果で｢キーワードと関係ない商品ばかりがでてきた｣（42%）となった。
全体的に、何らかの理由でほしい商品まで到達できないことが、購入への障壁であることが伺える。また、商品や価格に関する情報提供の不足も購入を中止する原因となっているようである。

モバイルでのショッピングは、｢商品の情報量｣、｢通信時間｣に不満

どのような時、モバイルショッピングサイトでの商品探しに不便を感じたかを尋ねたところ、「商品に関する情報量が少ない」（67％）が最も多く、次いで「通信時間がかかりイライラする」（59％）、「行きたいページに辿りつけない」（39%）となった。
また、モバイルショッピングの途中でサイトの使い方が分からなくなった場合の行動について尋ねたところ、「モバイルでのショッピングをやめて、パソコンサイトを使う」（54％）が最も高く、次いで「商品の購入を諦める」（38％）、「TOPページに戻り1からやり直してみる」（37％）であった。
ユーザーは、豊富な商品情報の提供と通信環境をモバイルショッピングに求めているようである。モバイルキャリアによる通信速度向上が、さらなるモバイルショッピング市場の拡大を牽引することが推察される。

Out of curiosity I read occasionally briefs about SEO conferences and seminars. And I have the impression that I see the same old faces all over again. I also get invitations to spend several thousand dollars to participate in these happenings. Well, there is a better way to spend hard earned money than listening to SEO basics over and over again.

There is no limits to improvements in AdWords. But, naturally, it is offering the best editor, while Yahoo and MSN, basically, offer nothing. I wish they would follow Google and do something for us, web specialists, web analysts and seo guys.
