worth the watch....if you type in 'found footage' in youtube or look on the side, you should be able to find other training videos as well as other really absurd 'found footage' (a lot of it is from the 80's, but it's still hilarious to see people in spandex, on tv, synchronized in work outs, especially on videos with titles like 'chair aerobics')
