Those darn text messages. They get people in trouble all the time.

A high school Spanish teacher and volleyball coach — called the “nicest, sweetest lady you’ll ever meet in your life” — has pleaded guilty to having an unlawful relationship with a 16-year-old student at the school she was employed.

Not only that, but she did the deed in her car, home and classroom. Sweet.

Toni Sutton, 37, is guilty on  two counts of unlawful sexual intercourse with a minor and one count of oral copulation with a minor. She is set to be sentenced July 25 and faces three years in prison. She’ll also be required to register as a sex offender.

The former teacher from Crawford High School started her relationship with the student last summer and was brought to light January through text messages between the two.

Prosecutors say Sutton had sex with the student in several places including her car, home and her classroom.

Back in February, her defense attorney, Kerry Armstrong called Sutton “the nicest, sweetest lady you’ll ever meet in your life. You would never believe she would be charged with something like this,” according to Inquisitr.

Now with a guilty plea, she’s all but eating those words.
