Lisa Ann is lashing out against internet trolls who’ve attacked the former porn star on social media over a picture she took with embattled (former) NFL running back Ray Rice.

According to the New York Daily News, the two appeared at a charity basketball game at Orchard Park in the Bronx last week and posed for a photo together after the event, which Ann posted on her Instagram account.

The post invited a barrage of nasty criticism.

“I have been attacked by racists for the past 48 hours,” she told TMZ Sports. ““I had to block over 1,000 people yesterday.”

One user wrote, “I wonder is she’s b—–g him later?” Another referenced Rice’s suspension from the NFL for physically assaulting his then fiance Janay Palmer: “Hope you can take a punch!!!”

Ann said many of the hateful comments centered on the suggestion that she and Rice are having sex. She believes being a former porn star is the reason, despite the fact that Rice is married.

“I’m not always having sex, just because I did porn.,” Ann said. “Just like Ray Rice deserves a second chance in this world because he’s paid his price, he lost his opportunity, he’s no longer in the NFL, I deserve a second chance in life, too.”

Ann said this is not the first time she’s been “harassed” by internet trolls on social media.

“I am constantly harassed, constantly disrespected, and constantly disregarded as a decent human being,” she said.

Rice was arrested and indicted for third-degree assault relating to the incident with his wife at an Atlantic City hotel in 2014. He was seen on surveillance video punching Palmer in the head in an elevator. The blow knocked her unconscious and a subsequent controversy erupted that led to the NFL changing its policy on the handling of domestic violence cases. Rice was suspended indefinitely by the league and has not played since, even though he hopes for one more chance.

Any reasonable person can disagree with Ann’s career choice and strongly believe Rice doesn’t deserve the second chance he seeks. Trolling in such a disgusting manner clearly crosses the line.
