From looking at her, you’d never guess that supermodel Charlotte McKinney was bullied in school, but she says it was enough to make her quit school. According to Ocean Drive, McKinney struggled with making friends with girls.

“I didn’t have any girlfriends,” she said. “A lot of my friends were guys, and I was called a slut by a lot of people.”

“I was just growing these large breasts at such a young age, not really knowing what to do with them or how to wear them. So it was definitely awkward.”

The 23-year-old Florida native said the bullying got to be too difficult to deal with, which led her to dropping out of high school. While difficult, it did prompt her move to Miami to pursue a career in modeling.

“Girls would yell at me and call me a slut,” McKinney said. “I would go to parties and get beer thrown on my head.”

From what we’re able to make out, she was ridiculed for being hot, which is rather common among teenage girls. But the silver lining here is that she’s a famous model and most likely none of them are. And she can use her platform to promote anti-bullying.

Game, set, match.
