Recently, we stumbled upon the fact that it’s the 25th anniversary of one of Sylvester Stallone’s most interesting works as an actor. By interesting, we mean, absolutely excruciating, and if you’ve ever had the displeasure of watching the 1992 film Stop! Or My Mom Will Shoot, you’d probably agree.
It was hailed as “your worst nightmare” by the Washington Post, scoring a whopping 4% rating on Rotten Tomatoes and garnering a definitive two thumbs down from Gene Siskel and Roger Ebert.
But apparently the folks over at GQ feel it’s been long enough that the world is ready for at least another small dose of the horrendous flick, or just a simple reminder of how truly awful it was.
Stallone himself, has even said, it was the worst movie he’s ever appeared in. But then again, he probably forgot that he also starred in Rhinestone Cowboy.
