A substitute teacher in a suburb of Tulsa, OK.,  has been charged with indecent exposure after she did a cartwheel for students when she wasn’t wearing any underwear, according to television station KJRH in Tulsa.

Lacey Sponsler faces the felony charge as a result of the cartwheel. She remains in jail on $5,000 bond.

KJRH, in its video report, said Sponsler warned students she wasn’t wearing underwear, and the incident was caught on video by a student who placed the tape on social media.  The incident occurred at Pawhuska High School in Pawhuska, a city about 50 miles north of Tulsa.

The Smoking Gun obtained the probable cause affidavit, which said Sponsler told authorities she was just dancing and trying to be cool for the students.  But, a 17-year-old student told authorities that she could see Sponsler’s private parts exposed when she did the cartwheel and her skirt flipped over.

The Smoking Gun also noted that Sponsler has been in trouble with the law before. Quoting court records, the Smoking Gun said Sponsler pleaded guilty in 2008 to marijuana possession, public intoxication, and possession of drug paraphernalia; was arrested for a probation violation in 2009,  in part because she had not disclosed being questioned by police investigating an accused meth cook; and she pleaded guilty in 2011 to possession of methamphetamine and marijuana in the presence of a child and possession of drug paraphernalia.
