When Nicolas Jackson was denied after trying to buy a BMW SUV with his Electronic Benefits Transfer card, he wasn’t about to take no for an answer. The 36-year-old Florida showed up to the Pompano Beach dealership that denied him the next day and stole a $60,000 BMW X-6 as well as 60 sets of keys.

Police found Jackson 70 miles north of the dealership after he had run out of gas, the New York Daily News reports.

Jackson was charged with grand theft auto and held on $20,000 bond.
