If there’s one thing that goes great with this cold weather, it’s some good ol’ fashioned comfort food. What says comfort food better than a grilled cheese sandwich and some tomato soup? Now, imagine a grilled cheese sandwich on steroids. That’s exactly what the folks over at the HealthyJunkFood YouTube channel have done with the classic sandwich.
They began by baking their own bread, which was an enormous feat in and of itself. Then, with the addition of 20 slices of cheddar cheese, and after six to 10 minutes of stove-top cooking time as well as a few minutes in the oven, they were one step closer to heaven.
They do offer step-by-step instructions in the comments section, below the video. With guidance like this, it’s an opportunity we will have to take advantage of ourselves.
