One of the worst parts of enduring the winter weather is dealing with the wretched frosty windshield.
Until this fantastic tip came into my life, I used the old traditional method of letting the car warm up, while the defrost was on full-blast. Not only was it time consuming, it wasted plenty of gas over the course of the winter.
Ken Weathers, meteorologist with WATE 6 in Knoxville, TN shared this valuable tip, where you combine two common household ingredients to make a simple solution.
By taking one-part water rubbing alcohol and two-parts water and combining them in a spray bottle, you can conquer the frosty windshield blues, once and for all.
So, next time I wake up to a frosty windshield and I don’t have to worry about the hassle. I’ll remember to thank Ken Weathers and this ingenious idea.
