A Boston man set a new world record by pounding 38 nails into a wooden board in less than 2 minutes.

John Ferraro “Hammerhead” broke the current record on the Guinness World Records Italian Show, a weekly YouTube series.

This isn’t the first world record for Ferraro—who reportedly discovered his hard head when he was a kid by going through a wooden door head-first while chasing his brother.

According to the Daily Mail, the hardheaded entertainer also holds the record for having the most cement blocks broken on the head with a bowling ball in three minutes, and the one-minute record for 5-inch nail pounding (13 nails).

It seems it’s a skill set he was born with, as the entertainer’s skull is almost two and a half times thicker than the average human, measuring 16mm in thickness compared to an average of 6.5 mm, the DailyMail reports.

When Ferraro isn’t head banging, he works as a professional wrestler under the name “Gino Martino.”
