If you’re an avid fisherman, but are only about the catch-and-release, then odds are you might not have a clue when it comes to cleaning a fish. But, have no fear, Chris Pratt is here. Yes, the man who made his claim to fame as the “Parks and Recreation” funnyman actually knows a thing or two about cleaning and gutting a fish.

Pratt, was born in Minnesota, the land known for being home to more than 10,000 lakes, then he grew up in Lake Stevens, Washington. So, he’s been around water enough in his lifetime and has definitely been fishing at least a time or two.

In a tutorial for Vanity Fair, Pratt, in typical Andy Dwyer style, guides us through the process of filleting a fish. All joking aside, well, never mind, the jokes are definitely present, but we feel that we learned enough to give it a whirl on our own, maybe?
