Ahead of the February release of its 2017 Swimsuit Issue, Sports Illustrated announced Kelly Gale as the first member of its rookie class, and a fine, fine choice it was.
The 21-year-old Swedish-born model may be an SI Swimsuit rookie, but she’s no amateur when it comes to the modeling scene. Gale started modeling when she was just 13, and since then has posed for Playboy and walked in several Victoria’s Secret Fashion Shows.
We’re seriously looking forward to seeing who else Sports Illustrated selects for the Swimsuit Issue rookie class, because if pick number one is any indication, we should be in store for one fantastic issue.
