Salivary stones are calcified structures that form inside the salivary duct or glands in your mouth and they block the flow of saliva. They’re often born when chemicals in the saliva accumulate in the duct or gland and they mostly contain calcium.
And born is the perfect modifier here because what comes out of this dude’s mouth in this video clip certainly appears to be alive.
