Really?

Two women employees at the adult book and video store “Very Intimate Pleasures” face charges after they got into a fight when the store manager was providing counseling on job performance, according to police.

The police report did not specify the areas in which she needed improvement.

The manager, Holly Saunders, was counseling her employee, Jacqueline Ferraro, when cops say all hell broke loose.  Here’s a description of the incident from Town of Orange (CT) Police, as it appeared on their Facebook page:

Officers responded to the VIP store for a reported disturbance involving store employees.

Officers learned that the manager of the store, Saunders, had attempted to counsel employee Ferraro regarding her work performance. A loud argument ensued, which later turned physical when Saunders struck Ferraro in the head.

Other store employees intervened and separated the two. Both were subsequently taken into custody and charged.

Court records show Saunders has pleaded innocent to a charge of breach of peace and third degree assault, both misdemeanors. Her next scheduled court date is March 27. Ferraro has pleaded innocent to breach of peace, and her next court date in March 7.
