No matter how many times you end up going to the gym, there’s always someone that makes you feel as if it’ll never be enough. Today, that person is Eirik Thingstad Lundstein.

His Instagram account holds the answers to all of the fitness secrets you’ll never know the answers to, such as doing a back flip while holding a barbell, with what appears to be a pretty significant amount of weight on it.

According to Men’s Health, the 28-year-old Norwegian man has a background in gymnastics and martial arts, and apparently, if you put the two together, anything is possible…you know, like kettle bell back flips.

Pretty cool looking? Sure. Necessary? Not one bit.
