Woopra is a free altrernative to Google analytics. It uses a thick client which is good and bad, but the real time data and ability to isolate individual users is a plus.

Out of curiosity I read occasionally briefs about SEO conferences and seminars. And I have the impression that I see the same old faces all over again. I also get invitations to spend several thousand dollars to participate in these happenings. Well, there is a better way to spend hard earned money than listening to SEO basics over and over again.
