Woopra is a free altrernative to Google analytics. It uses a thick client which is good and bad, but the real time data and ability to isolate individual users is a plus.

I got into the beta. The capabilities are pretty amazing (if not a bit creepy since you are watching users surf your site in real time). Unfortunately, the javascript client is not very reliable and slows down page loads substantially.
