It's either:
- the neighbor who couldn't stand the barking
- a sadistic school mate (possible jilted love interest) with an axe to grind against herI once read that a huge percentage (somewhere north of 80% or 90% I believe) of animal abuse is perpetrated by males.
Those are my predictions. What a sick human being.
