This is a pretty cool mashup of Google Maps--it allows you to measure the distance of any route in the U.S. I use it to measure how far my runs are without taking a pedometer/GPS unit along.
Uses JavaScript to record distance traveled using Google Maps. I've been using this for a few weeks and it is way cool. Don't remember who I got it from.
