Quoted: 3GP.FM是一个在线免费生成手机铃声的服务，不过由于是来自手机QR Code码应用广泛的日本的服务，所以这个服务是否适合国内用户尚不得而知，这里仅仅是单纯的从这个服务本身来介绍一下。它允许用户上传小于15M的音乐文件（mp3格式或者m4a格式），上传完成后，系统会自动生成一张QR Code图片，只要使用支持QR Code解码的手机或其它设备，就能读取下载地址进行下载了。via 与3gp.fm相比，nico3gp除了可以自己上传小于15M的mp3文件进行转换之外，也可以直接引用来自nico的视频进行转换。不过和3GP.FM一样，由于是日本的服务，所以生成的铃声主要针对的是日本的几个手机运营商的。via MP3Tube和TubeFire、Mickey.tv以及3GP.FM有一定联系，提供的服务也很类似，MP3Tube主要是将mp3以及flv视频进行互相转换，你可以直接上传mp3或者flv视频进行转换。via
