Post Singingfish.com's demise, this may be useful. It appears to crawl podcasts and other mp3-containing sites. It has an in-page, embeddable Flash player, but it does not make it easy to download the files you find.

This thing is awesome...like Pandora, but allows for search rather than having them tell you what to listen to.
