Faves for this Web page

What's up with the NY Times doing so many stories on Indian street food? I have to admit, though, it would be very sad to see the streets of Delhi vendor-less even if high-end places serve the same snacks. Anyway, where's the fun in eating kebabs or chaat in a fancy overly hygienic restaurant?

Quoted: With the government cracking down on sidewalk cookery, and high-end restaurants serving snacks usually found only by the roadside, Indian street food is under threat.
