I've used this tool and have also tried out a couple of others.. one called 'crunchie', another suite of tools from honestech (not free though), and the myIPodToGo plug in. I think that the DVRMSToolbox has the most support behind it... it's just a little hacky right now. Honestech's tools have the best look/feel, but they are quite expensive too. No perfect solution that I know of yet. Except for the missing "auto removal of commericials", I would probably recommend the tool called "Crunchie" for mce. It will also work for other PVR files and videos stored on a computer.

And you can schedule it to run the processes at off-peak hours....
I think it can automatically remove commercials too.
