  GotVoice is a great service that lets you sign up (for free) and set it up to download any new voicemails on your phone.

  I use it for my cell phone, and it works great. Three time a day (9,12, and 2, I think) it checks for any new messages, and if there are any, downloads them for me to listen to.

  I think if you pay, it'll let you have it check more frequently, but I've found the free service to work just fine.
