I'd like to graph the Blue Dot social network.

This sounds like a very cool visualization site - can't wait to try it.

The Many Eyes site, begun in January 2007, offers 16 ways to present data, from stack graphs and bar charts to diagrams that let people map relationships. TreeMaps, showing information in colorful rectangles, are among the popular tools. - mike - Sep 05 20081 FaverViewed: 3 Times

Oh heck - I'm gonna put something of mine up here. This is a tree drawing container for WPF and the sources. It also has a generic tree positioning assembly which the WPF control is just a bit of a wrapper over and could be used wherever you want to do any sort of tree drawing. I haven't seen this algorithm put up in too many places, so thought maybe somebody might appreciate it.

I already did it, using the same tool (this was for analysis of commenting features). I'll dig up the graphs (they're huge).
I made them with a database query that wrote the graph entries ... its super simple.
Great ways to visualize data- thanks Mike
Would love to see that. I'm actually interested in seeing a digraph of all our user invitations and friend requests.
I'd love to see this too.
