might make this for my mom for mother's day since she will be in town. i would, of course, substitute real crab meat for the imitation.

Quoted: This creamy and colorful quiche will stand out at your next brunch party. Also works great as a main course for dinner. It is very easy to make and tastes very gourmet.

you marylanders are total crab snobs. but, yes, real crabs will be much better. can i have some too?

this turned out REALLY well. i substituted lump crab meat for the imitation crab. it took longer to cook than the cook time listed in the recipe. luckily, my family was patient. i would definitely recommend this recipe. it was really easy to make.
