We did this in the North Shore offices. I wouldn't do it again. Several big drawbacks:
1) Without a border, you end up with marker or marker dust (wax) on the walls, so you're either repainting or it looks like crap.
2) The borders between adjacent sheets collect marker paint and look like crap after a couple of years
3) That wallboard is not completely impervious to the solvent in the markers and the cleaner. After a few years, it looks like crap.
4) With SO MUCH AREA they end up getting filled with crap content, not a wall full of great ideas. Always looking at a Wall O' Crap adds to the sense of clutter and disarray in an office.
Some thoughts...
This is so cheap that you can replace it every year. Attach the wallboard to a sheet of 1/2" plywood, then screw that to the wall -- easy to remove. Still pretty cheap.
Put silicone rubber in the seams and around the edges -- either white to be invisible or a color to make it clear where the seams are. Black will look less dirty.
I can't help with (4) :-)
