Apparently people don't realize you're not actually supposed to let go of the controller like you would a real bowling ball. That said, I'm sure Nintendo considered this risk and has disclaimer-ed the Wii as much as possible.
The problem is that all the disclaimers say "wear the strap" and "watch out for your friends".
haha... i hope people aren't stupid enough to sue nintendo for their own stupidity.
