  The second installment of the Gates/Seinfeld commercials is out. Slightly higher on the entertaining scale - still scoring zero on the "what's the point" scale.

    i thought that was way way better then the first one. i especially enjoyed Bill Gates doing the robot & powering down.

  I'm trying to start a new meme - please refer to this commercial as the "Ass Clown" commercial whenever you talk or write about it.

  Maybe we can shame MS into making commercials that are EITHER entertaining or inspiring.

    Same comments for both:
    * Droll
    * Failure to insist on makeup & Direction for Bill Gates commensurate with the venue (prime-time broadcast network commercial) takes the concept from 'smart/quirky' to bizarre
    * No sign yet that the soundtrack will go platinum
