Awesome! I am jealous.
So now that the weekend has passed, how was it?
I was blown away. I first rode as a passenger - and the acceleration off the line literally took my breath away. 0-60 in 4 seconds is REALLY FAST (I think it's about 0.7 G's!). The acceleration on the low end (under 20mph) is dialed down by the traction control system. But it just keeps on accelerating smoothly and aggressively all the way up to 60 (and with NO SHIFTING - it's a one-speed transmission).
It's a really fun car to drive. To quote Ferris Beuller, "It is so choice. If you have the means, I highly recommend picking one up."
Very cool. A friend's brother works at the company and sent us notice that they were coming up here through this weekend. I'm hoping to get over and see them this weekend although I don't think I'll be on the list since I don't have my name on the waiting list. I am excited to see how these do in the market though. All reviews point to "awesome."
As far as I know, they were just here LAST weekend.
