This model looks pretty good. It is $300 at Buy.Com after $30 rebate.
Quoted: The G-Force MegaDisk NAS also supports robust RAID disk configurations including RAID 0, RAID 1, JBOD, and SPAN. There are dual USB 2.0 expansion ports that enable the attachment of printers to the MegaDisk NAS, which can be used in conjunction with the integrated print server transforming USB printers into shared network devices. Also included is an unattended Bit Torrent download manager, allowing large downloads to be scheduled for non-disruptive off-peak hours.

1 FaverQuoted: Indeed, when it comes to Europe, most people imagine that it's the big countries such as France and Germany that set the direction for the European Union. But it turns out that it's really Ireland. By rejecting the EU's Lisbon treaty in a referendum in June, Irish voters have single-handedly changed the course of the European project. The treaty needs the support of all 27 EU member countries to come into effect; the Irish have probably killed it.

I thought this didn't include drives, but it appears to. $340 for a Terabyte of storage? A bargain.
if you just want a usb attached model, there are quite a few 1tb models for under $400. i was surprised, too.
this particular model also adds nas -- so you can plug it directly into your router.
So much for my two new Maxtor 300GB external drives! :-(
