I'm a Seattle native of over 45 years. I know that it doesn't rain, it mists and drizzles and NO ONE that is from the PNW would be caught dead with an umbrella, the drizzle just doesn't get the clothes or hair wet like the rain in Louisiana where I have lived and left. Seattle all the way!
